Viewing the completion status of manual test run suites

You can view manual test run completion status when you select a manual test run suite in the Folders list. You can see an overview of the progress on completing the manual test runs in the suite and a progress bar that provides a quick visual of the suite's current status. Numbers of passed, failed, undetermined, in progress, and not started manual test runs are displayed. You can drill down to see only the items that are in a specific status.

1. Select a manual test run suite folder in the Folders list. Make sure the List tab or Task Board tab is selected. The List tab must be showing items, not subfolders. The Task Board tab cannot be in expanded view.

The suite status is displayed.

2. Click a status to view the manual test runs in that status. Keep in mind that the filter selected in the Display Options pane is applied.

Status	Manual test runs are:
Passed	Complete and in a closed workflow state with a passed result.
Failed	Complete and in a closed workflow state with a failed result.
Undetermined	Complete and is in a closed workflow status with an unclear result.
In progress	Not in an initial workflow state (e.g., Not Started) and not in a closed state.
Not started	In the initial workflow state and not in a closed state.
