Duplicating a folder structure
If you need to add a folder structure similar to another one, save time by duplicating the existing folder. Any subfolders are also duplicated. For example, you may want to duplicate a hierarchy of folders for each release or test phase instead of manually creating the folders.
Duplicated folders are empty. Items in the original folder and child folders are not added to the duplicated folders. If the original folder is locked, the duplicated folder is also locked. Folder details are duplicated, including folder permissions.
1. In the Folders list, click next to the folder to duplicate in the tree, and choose Duplicate. You cannot duplicate the root Public or Private folders.
The folder and subfolders are duplicated and added below the original folder. A number is added to the end of the folder name. For example, if you duplicate the Release A folder, the duplicated folder is named Release A.1. Subfolders use their original names.
