Updating saved item list tabs

If you change the column layout, sorting, or filter in a saved tab, you may want to update it to use the same configuration later.

You can only update tabs you own. If the tab is shared with other users, they see changes the next time they open it.

1. Open the tab and make any changes. See Opening saved and shared item list tabs and Customizing item lists.

2. Click the Tabs menu and choose Update Saved Tab.

The Update Saved Tab dialog box opens.

3. Select the tab to update with the current settings.

4. Click Save to save the changes.
