Setting filter display options

When applying a filter to item lists to view specific items or selecting a filter in other areas of ALM, you may want to reduce the number of filters in the list to find the one you need. You can narrow the list based on access type, favorites, or tags.

1. In an item list, click the Filters list and choose Display Options.

2. In the Filter Menu Display Options dialog box, select any of the following options:

  • Access: Select the access set on filters to display in the list. Click Select All to include filters with all access types.
  • Show only favorites: Select to only display filters in the list that you added as favorites.
  • Show only selected tags: Select to only display filters in the list with the selected tags set on them. Select the tags to include.

3. Click Save.

The Filters list is updated to contain only filters that match the options you set.
