Duplicating saved requirement document views

If you need to add a saved requirement document view with similar settings as another view, save time by duplicating the existing view and then modifying options in the new one.

1. In an open requirement document, click Views and choose Manage Saved Views.

The Saved Views dialog box opens. The available options depend on your security permissions.

2. Select a Show option to limit the views displayed.

You can see views you own, views shared with you, all saved views, views owned by inactive users, and views set as defaults for security groups.

You can also search for views by name.

3. Click the gear icon next to the view to duplicate and choose Duplicate.

The Duplicate Saved View dialog box opens. A number is added to the end of the view name. For example, if you duplicate the Functional Requirements view, the duplicated view is named Functional Requirements.1.

4. Modify the duplicated view. See Adding saved requirement document views.

5. Click Add to save the changes.
