Finding filters

If the project contains a large number of filters and you cannot find the one you need to apply to item list, you can search for a filter to apply.

1. In an item list, click the Filters list and choose Find Filter.

2. In the Find Filter dialog box, search for a filter to apply in the search field.

3. To narrow the list of filters, select any options in the Display Options pane.

• Access: Select the access set on filters to display in the list. Click Select All to select all access types.
• Show only favorites: Select to only display filters in the list that you added as favorites.
• Show only selected tags: Select to only display filters in the list with the selected tags set on them. Select the tags to include.

4. Select the filter to use.

5. Click Select.

The filter is applied to the item list.
