recordid	long	Unique Reported by record ID.
foundby	string	User who found the defect. See Formatting name fields for formatting information.
datefound	DateTime	Date the defect was found.
contactinfo	string	Email address for the user if submitted through SoloSubmit.
foundinversion	string	Dropdown list value. May be a renamed field. Use getDropdownFieldValuesForTable to retrieve a list of field values.
comments	string	Defect Description field. See Working with multi-line text fields for formatting information.
commentsInlineAttachList	CFileAttachment[]	CFileAttachment items associated with the defect Description (comments) field.
reproduced	string	Dropdown list value. May be a renamed field. Use getDropdownFieldValuesForTable to retrieve a list of field values.
reproducedsteps	string	Steps to reproduce the defect. See Working with multi-line text fields for formatting information.
