Perforce ALM Server RDBMS support

The Perforce ALM Server supports different types of databases for storing project and server data. The ALM native database format is SQLite. You can also use another relational database management system (RDBMS).

The following information provides the supported RDBMS types and versions for the current version of ALM.

Microsoft SQL Server (Windows only)

The following SQL Server versions are supported.

  • 2012 Enterprise, Business Intelligence, and Standard Editions

  • 2014 Enterprise, Business Intelligence, and Standard Editions

  • 2022

PostgreSQL (Windows and Linux)

The following PostgreSQL versions are supported.
