Finding filters

If the project contains a large number of filters and you cannot find the one you need to apply to list window, you can search for a filter to apply.

1. In an item list window, next to the Filter list, click Filter actions and choose Find Filter.

2. In the Find Filter dialog box, to narrow the list of filters, select any options in the Display Options pane.

• Access: Select the access set on filters to display in the list.
• Show only favorites: Select to only display filters in the list that you added as favorites.
• Show only selected tags: Select to only display filters in the list with the selected tags set on them. Select the tags to include.

3. Select the filter to use.

4. Click OK.

The filter is applied to the item list.
