Adding and removing reports as favorites

If your project contains a large number of reports, you may want to add reports you use frequently as favorites to find them easily. Reports you add as favorites have a star next to them anywhere they are displayed in ALM.

You can add reports as favorites when working in the reports list window or when editing or viewing a report.

If you no longer want to include a report as a favorite, you can remove it from your favorites.

To see your favorite reports in the Reports list window, add the Favorites column.

Reports list window

  • To add a report as a favorite, right-click the report and click Add Favorite. You can also select reports in the list and click the star above the list. The star turns to yellow. You can also choose Edit > Add Favorite.

  • To remove a report from your favorites, right-click the report and click Remove Favorite. You can also select reports in the list and click the star above the list. The star changes to gray. You can also choose Edit > Add Favorite.

  • To add a report as a favorite, click the star next to the Name field. The star changes to yellow.

  • To remove the report from your favorites, click the star next to the Name field. The star changes to gray.
