Managing users watching issues

You may be able to add users or customers to the list of watchers for an issue so they are notified when it changes. See Watching issues to be notified about changes. You can also remove watchers so they are no longer notified.

1. Open the issue the user is watching.

2. Click the number next to the Watch or Watching button.

The Manage Users Watching dialog box opens.

3. Add or remove users as watchers. To search for a user in the list of current watchers, enter a value in the Search field.

  • To add users, click Add. The Select User dialog box opens. Search for a user to add, select it, and click Add to add it to the list of users to add as watchers. Click Add when you finish adding users. The users are added to the list of watchers.
  • To remove users, select them and click Remove. The users are removed from the list of watchers and no longer receive notifications when the issue changes.

4. Click Close when you finish.
