Issue events security commands
The following commands control access to default issue workflow events. Actual workflow events may vary depending on your workflow. For example, if you delete one of these default events, it is no longer available as a command security option. When you add a new event, a security command is also created, allowing you to control access to it.
These commands are only useful if the Add Issues or Edit Issues commands are enabled.
Keep in mind that the navigation for accessing commands in the Helix ALM web client is different than the desktop client, but command security enabled in the desktop client applies to the same commands in the web client.
