Differences between the desktop and web clients
Not all features are available in both the Helix ALM desktop client and web client. Some features are only available in one client.
Actions only available in the desktop client
You must use the desktop client to perform any of the following actions.

You must use the web client to perform any of the following actions.
- Duplicate folder structures and view manual test run completion status in the Folders list status bar
- Manage watched item notifications
- Watch requirements, requirement documents, test cases, and test runs
- Work with automation suites
- Work with baselines
