Customers security commands

The following commands control access to the options available from the Customers list window.

Keep in mind that the navigation for accessing commands in the Helix ALM web client is different than the desktop client, but command security enabled in the desktop client applies to the same commands in the web client.

Command name	Provides access to:
Add Customers	Create > Customer
View Customers	Edit > View when a customer is selected
Edit Customers	Edit > Edit when a customer is selected Edit button in the View Customer window
Delete Customers	Edit > Delete when a customer is selected
Duplicate Customers	Edit > Duplicate when a customer is selected
Make Customer a User	Edit > Change to User
Activate/Inactive Customer	Edit > Activate Customer Edit > Inactivate Customer
