Inactivating webhook rules

Inactivate a webhook rule to stop it from sending the webhook notification to the recipient. You can activate the rule if you decide to use it again.

1. Choose Tools > Administration > Automation Rules.

The Configure Automation Rules dialog box opens.

2. Select an Item type.

3. Click the Webhooks tab.

4. Select a webhook rule and click Inactivate.

The webhook rule is inactivated.
