Viewing manual test runs
You can view read-only manual test run information to set up the test environment and review the test steps without preventing other users from editing the manual test run at the same time. You can also create issues, view the related test case, send email, or enter manual test run workflow events. See Running manual tests for information about performing manual test runs and entering results.
1. In the Manual Test Runs list window, select the manual test run and click View. You can also choose Edit > View.

Note: Icons may indicate the item is locked or marked as suspect. See About item status indicators.
A summary of item information, including workflow events and tracked email, is displayed on the Overview tab. See Using the Overview tab. Additional information is displayed on the following tabs.

Folders | Folders the manual test run is included in. You can add the manual test run to other folders, move it to different folders, or remove it from folders. You cannot add or move the manual test run to public folders you do not have permission to modify or are locked, or locked private folders. History | Historical information about the manual test run, such as when it was created, when it was last modified, and all actions performed on it. | Viewing item history |
2. Click Edit to edit the manual test run. See Editing manual test runs.
3. Click Go To Test Case to view the related test case. See Viewing test cases.
4. Click Create Issue to add an issue to report any problems found during testing. See Creating issues from manual test runs.
5. Click Send Email to email a user about the manual test run. See Emailing from Helix ALM.
6. Click Watch to be notified every time the manual test run changes. See Watching issues to be notified about changes.
7. Click OK when you finish.
