Viewing baseline details

You can view details about a baseline, including any files attached to it after the baseline was added, the source items and link options selected when the baseline was added, and the baseline history.

Note:  The information you can view and actions you can perform depend on your licensing and security permissions.

1. In the Baselines list, click the baseline number or name. You can also select the baseline, click Actions, and then choose View.

The Viewing Baseline page opens.

2. Click the Details tab.

The baseline details are displayed, including the baseline name and number. Information is also displayed in the following areas.

Area	Displays:
Attachments	Files attached to the baseline after it was added. To view a file, click the filename or select the file and click View. If the browser cannot open the file, it is automatically downloaded. You can then open the local copy in the associated application. To download the file, select it and click Download, or click to download it.
Source Items	The list of source items selected when the baseline was added. You can search for an item in the list. To view the item details as they were captured when the baseline was added, click the summary or name. You can also select an item and click View.
Link Options	The link options selected when the baseline was added. Linked Items shows the items linked to the source items that were automatically included in the baseline. Relationships shows the relationship types used to determine linked items to include in the baseline.
History	Historical information about the baseline, including the user who added it, when it was added, how it was added, who last modified it, the date it was last modified, and what changed. Click Load History if no information is displayed.

3. Click Edit to edit the baseline details. See Editing baselines.
