If you saved a requirement document view or another user shared a view with you, you can apply it to an open document to change the column layout and filter.
1. In an open document, click Views and choose the view to apply.
The view is applied. If it uses a filter with interactive restrictions, you are prompted to enter or select filter criteria. See Selecting interactive filter criteria.
Note: If you make changes to the columns or filter in a saved view you own, you can update it to save the changes. See Updating saved requirement document views.
