Viewing messages from administrators

Helix ALM administrators can send messages to you. For example, you may receive a message that warns you to log out before an administrator performs project maintenance so you can save your work. These messages are automatically displayed in Helix ALM.

1. If a message is sent, the Messages dialog box is displayed.

If the dialog box is already open, the new message is added to the bottom of the list.

2. Click Close when you finish reading messages.

Messages are cleared and not available the next time the dialog box opens.
