Inactivating triggers

Inactivate a trigger to stop it from performing actions. You can activate the trigger if you decide to use it again.

1. Choose Tools > Administration > Automation Rules.

The Configure Automation Rules dialog box opens.

2. Select an item Type.

3. Click the Triggers tab.

4. Select a trigger and click Inactivate.

The trigger is inactivated.

Note:  To activate an inactive trigger, select it and click Activate.
