Editing link definitions

You can edit a link definition to update the name and description, change the allowed item types, or select additional workflow restrictions. You cannot change any relationship options if the link definition is in use.

1. Click Edit on the Configure Link Definitions dialog box.

The Edit Link Definition dialog box opens.

2. Make any changes and click OK. For information about link definition options, see Adding link definitions.

Note: You cannot remove an item type from a link definition if the definition is selected in item mapping rules for creating items from other item types, such as generating test cases from issues. See Configuring item mapping rules.
