Deleting email templates
You can delete email templates that are no longer needed. Before deleting a template, make sure it is not used in any automation rules that send email. If a template used in an automation rule is deleted, the rule becomes invalid and does not run. You must modify the rule to use a new template to continue sending notifications. See Editing and deleting automation rule actions.
1. Choose Tools > Administration > Email Templates.
The Configure Email Templates dialog box opens.
2. Select an item Type. The templates displayed depend on the selected type.
3. Select a template and click Delete.
4. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
The template is deleted.
