Editing and deleting saved requirement document views

You can edit a saved requirement document view that you own to change the name, description, share setting, filter, and columns.

You can also delete saved views that are no longer used. Before deleting a shared view, make sure users it is shared with do not need it.

1. In an open requirement document, click Views and choose Manage Saved Views.

The Saved Views dialog box opens. The available options depend on your security permissions.

2. Select a Show option to limit the views displayed.

You can see views you own, views shared with you, all saved views, views owned by inactive users, and views set as defaults for security groups.

Tip:  You can also search for views by name.

3. Edit or delete the saved view.

Note:  You may also be able to change the view owner. See Changing a saved requirement document view owner.

  • To delete a view, select it and click Delete. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.

4. Click Close when you finish.
