Editing steps and screenshots

You can review recorded actions and make any changes before saving or sharing them. For example, you may want to change the step wording to match your organization's terminology or edit screenshots to emphasize a specific element.

1. In the Results dialog box, click a step or comment to display it.

2. Make any changes to the Step text.

3. Clear Include screenshot to exclude captured screenshots from the results.

You may want to exclude unnecessary screenshots to reduce the file size of exported results.

4. Use the image editing toolbar to edit screenshots.

5. Click the Add Comment button to insert a comment. See Adding comments.

6. Select a step or comment in the list and click the Move Up button or the Move Down button to move it up or down.

7. Select a step or comment and click the Delete button to delete it.

Note:  Deleting steps cannot be undone.

8. Click Save to save the changes.
