Enhancements

• TAU-8701 (Case Number 00829999) - Improve poor IP search performance. Poor IP search performance was observed in a previous IPLM Core version (v3.2.3). By changing the order of operations in Pi Server, performance was improved.

Known issues

The PiCache IPV Auto Clean Up feature will not work for the static HEAD versions in the cache. Until this is addressed, manual cleanup of these IP versions will need to be done.
