Hardware for IPLM appliance installation
This page shows the Hardware and Hypervisor requirements for the provided Appliance VM. Perforce provides a pre-configured VM that can be loaded into a customer hypervisor directly. This is generally the quickest installation method because the VM is already loaded with all necessary packages, and it is only necessary to load the VM and perform a few configuration steps. Configuration items
- Provided VM image is a sparse file (unless RAW is required).
- The VM's network and disk adapters should be configured to be the most performant as possible (SR-IOV, virtio, whatever works best on your HV).
