Setting language and startup options

You can set options for the language used in Hansoft, how Hansoft starts and connects to the server, and manage server certificates.

1. Start the Hansoft client.

2. Click in the login dialog box.

The Connect options dialog box opens.

3. Select a Language to change the language used for text in the Hansoft client.

4. Select any General options.

  • Connect to server on startup — Select to automatically connect to the Hansoft server when the Hansoft client starts. The server connection details will not be displayed in the login dialog box. You may want to select this if you always connect to the same server.
  • Save a history of project server addresses — Select to save any server addresses you enter in the Hansoft server field in the login dialog box so you can easily select them again in the future.
  • Start Hansoft when computer starts — Select to automatically start Hansoft when the computer starts.

5. To view or remove stored trusted server certificates, click Manage stored trusted server certificates. See Viewing and removing stored trusted server certificates.

6. Click OK to save the changes.
