Deleting documents

You can delete files from the Documents view, either permanently or temporarily.

1. Access the Documents area.

2. Select one ore more files or folders.

3. Press the Delete key, or right-click and select Delete file.

The Delete files dialog box opens.

4. If you want to permanently remove the files, select Delete files permanently.

Note:  The action of permanently deleting files can not be reversed and you will not be able to recover the files. If this option is not selected, the files will instead be temporarily deleted and you will be able to restore them.

5. Select Delete local files if you want to also delete the versions on your local device.

6. You can add Comments, which will appear in the file history.

7. Click OK.

The selected files will be deleted.
