Changing user avatars

You can add an avatar for a user. Avatars help personalize Hansoft and make it easier to identify users in different areas, such as chats and news feed entries.

Note:  You can give users permission to change their own avatars. See Changing user profile settings and Setting personal options.

1. Click Admin.

The Admin area opens.

2. Click Users.

The Users list opens.

3. Select the user to change the avatar for.

4. Click Change Avatar. You can also right-click the user and choose Change Avatar.

The Change dialog box opens. The current avatar is displayed.

5. To upload a new avatar, click Upload a picture. Select an image file and click Open. The Crop Avatar dialog box opens. Drag the square to select the part of the image to use and click Confirm Changes. Click OK to save the changes.

6. To edit the part of the current avatar displayed, click Edit. Drag the square to select the part of the image to use and click Confirm Changes.Click OK to save the changes.

7. To delete the current avatar, click Delete. You are prompted to confirm the deletion. Click Yes.
