Filtering and finding items
To narrow the items displayed in the To Do List or To Do Board, you can filter or search, or do both.
Filtering items
You can filter the list of items by due date, project, status, and priority.
To enable filters, click Filter at the top of the page.
Filters are displayed.
- To filter the list, click a filter, select a value, and click OK.
- To clear a selected filter, click it, select the selected value, and click OK.
- To close the filter area and clear any selected filters and search terms, click Close filter.
Finding items
To search for items in the list, enter a value in the Find field and press Enter. Matching items are displayed.
