Generating a user timesheet report
As an admin, you can generate a report that includes timesheet information for one or more users.
Users who are not admins can generate reports from their personal timesheets. Refer to Generating timesheet reports for more information.
1. Click Admin.
The Admin area opens.
2. Open the Users tab and select one or more users.
3. Click More > Make a timesheet report.
The Timesheet report window will open, displaying a report containing the selected users.
4. Use the Start and End fields to select the dates that the report should encompass.
5. Use the Options check boxes to configure the structure of the report. These include:
- Individual rows - Includes all individual activities in the report, including the time spent on each, the type of activity, and which projects they are related to.
- Row summaries - Includes summaries of the time spent on each activity type.
- Totals per group - Includes the total time reported.
6. Click Export to spreadsheet (.xlsx) if you want to export the timesheet as an Excel file.
