The integration requires a Jira user, which is used to log in to the Jira server and projects to update data. You can use an existing user or create a new one to use for the integration.
1. Log in to Jira as an administrator.
2. Add a user in Jira to use for the integration .See the Jira help for information about adding users.
3. Make sure the Jira user has access to any Jira filters used by the integration. See the Jira help for information about sharing filters.
