This topic explains how to integrate P4 Plan with Jira Server. Atlassian is deprecating Jira Server, which means that the Jira Server integration will reach end-of-life soon. If you use Jira Cloud or Data Center, see the Jira integration documentation.
You can migrate attachments from Jira to P4 Plan on each synced item. Keep in mind that attachments are not synced when you migrate them. If additional attachments are added to the item in Jira, you need to migrate attachments again.
1. Right-click the P4 Plan item to migrate attachments from and choose Migrate attachments from Jira to P4 Plan.
All attachments from the Jira item are copied to the Hansoft task.
