Configuring email notifications

This topic explains how to integrate Helix Plan with Jira Server. Atlassian is deprecating Jira Server, which means that the Jira Server integration will reach end-of-life soon. If you use Jira Cloud or Data Center, see the Jira integration documentation.

The integration can notify administrators of any errors via email, which can simplify setup and daily management. You can edit the integration settings file to optionally configure emails. See Editing the integration settings file.

You must restart the integration service for the changes to take effect.
